Situated on the outskirts of Glasgow, DSC Solutions Ltd offers repair services for all types of Audio/Visual equipment for home and professional use. Our service centre is approved by over 30 manufacturers and has been awarded Regional Service Centre status by Sony. We offer a field and workshop repair service for all products, including those still covered by manufacturers guarantee. All our repairs carry 3 months guarantee.

Contact us to arrange a service call or uplift, or bring your faulty equipment to us. We are open from 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:00am-1:00pm Saturday.

DSC offers a workshop service for camcorders. If it is not possible for you to bring the camcorder in to the workshop, we can arrange for a carrier to collect it from you, bring it to our workshop and return it when repaired*. DSC is an Approved Service Centre for JVC, SANYO, SONY**, and can carry out repairs under the terms of the manufacturers guarantee.

*Transportation of camcorders is chargeable. We will supply suitable packaging to you, arrange to have the unit collected from you, and return it when repaired. The cost of this service is £25.00 (inc. VAT) payment may be made on line, by cheque or by credit/debit card by calling during office hours. Link to on-line payment facility.
